Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Assisting guests with luggage and escorting them to their rooms
- Providing information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Making reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Arranging transportation for guests as needed
- Handling guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintaining a neat and organized lobby area
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Managing guest requests through phone calls and emails
Requirements:
- Must be Pakistani or Egyptian nationality (due to visa restrictions)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Availability to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free)
