Art Director for Creative Agency in Al-Khor, Qatar



We are hiring an Art Director for our creative agency based in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall visual style and creative direction of our projects. Your role will involve working closely with our team of designers, writers, and clients to create visually appealing and effective designs.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects including branding, advertising campaigns, digital content, etc.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure high-quality and visually compelling designs.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into the final product.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to develop their skills.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Art Director or a similar role in a creative agency or design firm.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to maintain consistency across all designs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Biometric passport is a must-have for this position.
