Administrative Director

As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all administrative functions within our company. This includes but is not limited to organizing and coordinating office operations, managing budgets and expenses, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Your main responsibilities will include creating and implementing efficient office procedures, establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors and clients, and handling any HR-related tasks such as recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent organization and time-management abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail. You must also possess exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams within the company.

As our ideal candidate, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software is also expected.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. The job location is Al-Wakra, Qatar but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who can speak English fluently. This job does not require previous work experience or accommodation arrangements. It is suitable for both men and women who are looking for a challenging administrative role in a dynamic environment.
