Our organization is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role will involve coordinating various tasks and projects, managing schedules, and providing administrative assistance to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members
- Assist with project coordination by maintaining timelines and tracking progress
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email or phone as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office
- Help with data entry and record keeping as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail is a must
