Job Title: UX Designer - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are a fast-growing company in Al-Khor, Qatar looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience for our digital products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure our products meet the needs of our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions and ensure they meet user requirements
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for mobile applications or e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for front-end development
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
