Fresh Merchandiser in Riyadh, Egypt

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fresh Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Egypt. As a Fresh Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing product displays and ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive and organized manner to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays of products in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies for new products or special offers
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Regularly review sales data to identify top-selling products and adjust displays accordingly
- Ensure that all products have accurate price tags and labels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
