Sales Manager - Dubai (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are a fast-growing company in Dubai and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales strategies in the Indian market. This is a great opportunity for someone who is result-driven, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve objectives
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their performance
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends
- Participate in negotiations with clients to close deals
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian market trends, culture, and business practices
- Ability to travel within India as required by the job
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus attractive commission structure for achieving targets.
Location:
This position is based in Dubai, UAE. Indian nationals currently residing in Dubai are preferred.
