Sales Manager (Dubai, UAE)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales team and driving revenue growth. Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. You must have a strong background in sales and proven experience in successfully managing a team. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Indian market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1800/month
Location: Dubai (Indian Nationals preferred)
