Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's operations in Lusail. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management team
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and reimbursements
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Liaise with external vendors for office needs
- Help plan and organize company events and team building activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
