Office Clerk (Egyptian Nationals Only)
Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. This is a contract position and candidates must have their own visa. Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- File and organize documents according to established procedures
- Enter data into electronic databases accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as appropriate
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare invoices, reports, and other office documents
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with valid Qatari residence permit (own visa)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Salary: 1200$ per month (all inclusive)
