Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company in Dukhan, Qatar. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and handling correspondence. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa and ticket. This is a part-time position suitable for Africans living in Dukhan or nearby areas who do not require fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for the team
- Handle all administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
