Excavator Operator


An established construction company in Doha is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy construction equipment, specifically excavators, to dig trenches, holes, and other earthworks as needed for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy construction equipment including excavators to perform tasks such as digging trenches, holes, and other earthworks
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment by conducting pre- and post-operation checks
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately complete excavation tasks according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment, specifically excavators
- Valid operator's license or certification for operating excavators
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
