Sous Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (English Speaking)

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. We are looking for a Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills to cater to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and developing new menus, recipes, and dishes.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Proficiency in preparing authentic Pakistani cuisine is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Relevant culinary degree or certification is preferred.
