Office Assistant
We are a dynamic company in Doha seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
