Administrative Assistant
We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is open to Pakistani and Egyptian nationals with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents using MS Office tools
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system for all administrative paperwork
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Salary: 1500$ per month
