Barista - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Malayalee Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a bustling café in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide an excellent customer experience through your friendly demeanor and exceptional barista skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following the café's recipe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, workstations, and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our menu items

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in food or beverage service is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a high-volume café or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Malayalam preferred; knowledge of English is an advantage but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
