A reputable event planning company in Doha is seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for weddings and events, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding planning, from concept development to execution. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, sourcing vendors, creating timelines, and overseeing all logistics on the day of the event. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a love for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, decor, entertainment, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding
- Oversee all logistics on the day of the event, including set-up, vendor coordination, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Ensure that all activities are within budget and deadlines are met
- Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies during the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Passionate about weddings and events
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local vendors in Doha is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary: 1200$
