Art Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Art Director to join our team in Medina. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the art direction and visual design for our company. This includes creating innovative concepts, managing projects, and ensuring all designs are aligned with our brand image and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives and brand standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide guidance and direction to designers and other team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices
- Conduct regular design reviews to ensure consistency and quality across all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums (print, digital, video)
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Medina (Open to all nationalities)
