Experienced Florist - Lusail, Qatar


We are a reputable floral boutique in Lusail, Qatar searching for an experienced Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating and designing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and creativity to bring our clients' visions to life. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation and own visa sponsorship. This job is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have experience in the field of floristry. Students with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to client's preferences
- Sourcing and selecting high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintaining the freshness and quality of flowers in the boutique
- Providing excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and exceeding their expectations
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a florist
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend events if needed
