Secretary for a Trading Company in Yanbu, Egypt
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary to join our trading company in Yanbu, Egypt. The ideal candidate must be an Egyptian national with previous experience in a similar role. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining records, and handling communication with clients and suppliers. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in the trading industry is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of company documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
Requirements:
- Egyptian national living in Yanbu or willing to relocate
- Previous experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of trading industry is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation provided
Salary: 1500$ per month
