This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, managing inventory and supplies, creating and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. Applicants must be Egyptian nationals with their own visa.

As a Restaurant Manager, your duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Overseeing staff performance and providing training as needed
- Creating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies when needed
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed to reach sales targets
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Conducting regular staff meetings to provide updates on performance goals and expectations

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English (preferred) or Arabic
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
