Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the project
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts
