Barista - Coffee Specialist


Our café in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team as a Coffee Specialist. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting the perfect cup of coffee for our customers, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes
- Ensure consistent quality by following proper brewing techniques and recipe guidelines
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills (English not required)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE
