Merchandiser - Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are currently seeking a Merchandiser to join our growing team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability of our products. You will work closely with the sales team and suppliers to ensure that products are displayed effectively and in line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for our products
- Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain good relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product lines
- Plan product displays and ensure they are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Train sales staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques, visual display principles, and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on sales performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
