Sales Manager - Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and maintain strong customer relationships. Your main goal will be to increase sales through effective leadership, market research, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Lead sales team in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members on effective selling techniques
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Pakistani market preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, sales strategies, and customer behavior in Pakistan
- Ability to travel within Pakistan as needed
- Fluency in English and Urdu
Salary: 1300$ per month
