Junior Graphic Designer


We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Medina. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to create high-quality visual designs for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior design team to create visual concepts, layouts, and designs for various projects
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval
- Create graphics and visual elements for websites, social media, print materials, and other marketing collateral
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current design trends and techniques
- Assist with photo editing and retouching as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and other graphic design principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred but not required
