Administrative Director (Egyptian Nationality) - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will oversee all administrative and operational functions of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for the company
- Manage and coordinate the work of administrative staff
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the company
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, clients, and vendors
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and analyze data to support decision making
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Experience managing budgets and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid visa for working in Qatar is required
