Crane Operator

A reputable construction company in Hawalli is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes and possess a valid crane operator license. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes according to job requirements
- Inspect cranes before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with ground crew and signalers to ensure safe operation
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials as directed by the site supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Report any issues or incidents immediately to site supervisor
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operation
- Ability to understand signals from ground crew or signalers
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
