Merchandiser - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies in alignment with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Develop visual merchandising plans for retail stores and ensure proper implementation
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional displays and campaigns
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Experience in merchandising or retail industry is a plus but not required
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi or Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
