Office Assistant for Malayalees in Lusail
We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant who is fluent in English and preferably of Malayalee nationality to join our team in Lusail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and must be able to communicate effectively in English. Freshers are welcome to apply as well.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Preferably of Malayalee nationality
- Previous experience in office administration is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
