Administrator (Pakistani Nationals)
We are hiring a proactive and organized Administrator to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani national with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting to the appropriate person
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and invoices
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Support the team with travel arrangements and visa applications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality (due to visa restrictions)
- Prior experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
