Petroleum Engineer


We are currently hiring a skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail. As a Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing methods for extracting oil and gas from underground reservoirs. Your duties will include analyzing data, calculating potential yields, and overseeing drilling operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with reservoir simulation software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to determine the most efficient methods for extracting oil and gas from reservoirs
- Analyzing data from wells to assess production potential and monitor performance
- Designing drilling plans and overseeing drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborating with geoscientists, production engineers, and other professionals to develop strategies for maximizing production
- Using reservoir simulation software to model different scenarios and predict future performance
- Managing costs by optimizing processes and equipment usage
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments, technologies, and regulations
