Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Al-Rayyan. Our ideal candidate should have a strong background in food and beverage management, excellent communication skills, and be able to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and customer experience.
- Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary: $1200/month
