Call Center Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center or customer service role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with their inquiries.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries.
- Providing information about our products and services to customers.
- Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with the salary of 1200$ per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business. This job also offers visa sponsorship for non-Egyptian candidates.
