Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine

As the Executive Chef for our upscale restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian-inspired menu. You will work closely with our management team to develop new and innovative dishes that showcase the rich flavors and traditions of Indian cooking.
Your duties will include managing inventory and ordering supplies, creating and updating menu items, training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met, and maintaining a high level of quality control. You will also be responsible for managing food costs and meeting financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine-dining establishment specializing in Indian cuisine. You must possess excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of Indian spices and ingredients, and the ability to create unique dishes that appeal to a diverse clientele.
Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. However, candidates must have a strong understanding of South Indian cuisine. A degree or diploma in culinary arts is also preferred.
We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1200 per month, based on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for growth within our company.
