Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create seasonal menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Oversee all food preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to help them improve their skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff, to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
- Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
