Art Director - Creative Lead



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team and developing innovative visual concepts and designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, and other artists
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
- Create visual concepts for marketing campaigns, branding materials, websites, and other projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
- Ensure all designs maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in an agency or in-house creative team
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

City:
The job is located in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. This is an Indian preferred position.
