Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and locations, as well as collecting and analyzing data related to land features. You will use various measurement tools and technology to accurately record and map out land areas, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the accuracy of your surveying results. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on different types of land including residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels to collect accurate data
- Analyze survey data using computer software programs
- Create detailed survey reports with accurate measurements and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure the accuracy of land measurements
- Communicate with clients about survey results and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Keep up-to-date records of all surveys conducted
- Ensure that all surveying activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
- Valid driver's license
Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Salalah (accommodation provided)
