Administrator - Salalah, Oman
We are in search of a skilled Administrator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the organization
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance when needed
- Conduct regular reviews of processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
