Job Title: Contract Handyman in Muscat

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Contract Handyman to join our team in Muscat. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, both indoor and outdoor, at our company's facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Repair or replace damaged structures or equipment
- Keep track of materials inventory and order supplies when needed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets safety standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
