Product Designer for Furniture Company in Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are an established furniture company based in Ar-Ruwais, UAE and we are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional furniture designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop new furniture product concepts
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Create detailed sketches and 3D models of product designs
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to refine designs and create technical drawings
- Work closely with production team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs
- Present designs to stakeholders for feedback and make necessary revisions
- Oversee the production process to ensure final products meet design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in product design, preferably in the furniture industry
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and cost implications on design decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-UAE nationals.
