Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects in Nizwa, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. They will be responsible for managing a team of contractors and subcontractors, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Nizwa. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Accommodation and visa assistance may be provided for non-local candidates.
