We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for senior management
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Monitor office budget and ensure expenses are within budget limits
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
