Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Al-Khor, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for Indian cuisine, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including food preparation, customer service, staffing, and budget management
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract more customers
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling techniques, customer service standards, and overall restaurant procedures
- Develop relationships with local vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients are used in our dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural traditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
