Contract Administrator - Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a Contract Administrator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating contracts with clients and suppliers. You will also ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and handle contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract administration and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts with clients and suppliers, including reviewing, negotiating, and renewing contracts
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services or products as per the contract terms
- Identify potential risks or issues in contracts and propose solutions
- Monitor contract performance and report any deviations to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Biometric passport required
