Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our growing business in Dubai. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining files and records, and coordinating office activities.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an office assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management team
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, including scanning documents into online database
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and tasks completion
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, etc.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping as needed
Salary:
Starting salary of 1300$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is based in Dubai, UAE.
