Office Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- File and maintain records accurately.
- Assist with various office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: 1700$ per month
