Seasonal Executive Chef in Ar-Ruwais, Africa
We are currently hiring a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef for a seasonal role in Ar-Ruwais, Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about culinary arts and eager to gain international experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement innovative menus that meet the demands of our guests
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food production
- Manage inventory, budget, and cost control to maximize profits
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience working in Africa or other international locations is a plus
- Must be able to obtain necessary work permits/visas for employment in Ar-Ruwais
- Must be physically fit to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Compensation:
This is a seasonal position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. The package includes free visa and airfare. Accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost.
