We are looking for a competent Administrator to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide general administrative support to all departments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles or experience with financial tasks such as invoicing or budgeting
