Immigration Attorney


Our law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Medina. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to immigration law. This includes helping clients obtain work visas, permanent residency, and citizenship, as well as handling deportation defense cases.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and counseling to clients on immigration matters
- Prepare and file visa applications, permanent residency applications, and citizenship applications
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings and appeals
- Advise clients on potential risks and consequences of their immigration status
- Conduct legal research on complex immigration issues
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies
- Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Medina (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
- Extensive knowledge of current immigration laws and policies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume caseload with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)
